The Kitchen / Breakfast Room
The hub of this house, overlooking the gardens, has been designed specifically for chatting while you cook. There is ample room for relaxing, socialising and entertaining. It is well equipped with gas oven & hob, two electric ovens, microwave, fridge/freezer and two dishwashers. A fabulous place to prepare and enjoy the finest ingredients from the local farmers markets and surrounding farm shops.

Dining Room / Library
Seating twelve people this room is brimming with character, the stone floor, well stocked book shelves, plush textures and original working shutters is the perfect setting for an evening of laughter and conversation. A light and airy room for lunch the windows with dual aspect overlook the garden.
Drawing Room & Sitting Room
Off the entrance hall, with its stripped wooden floor, high ceiling and sweeping staircase is the Drawing Room. A beautiful room with open fire, classic sofas and armchairs and original working shutters. The interesting artwork is enhanced with natural light streaming in through the triple aspect sash windows. Across the hallway is a further sitting room with an open fire and TV/DVD, the perfect space to sink into the sofa with a glass of wine, listen to music, enjoy a movie or chapter of a good book.
